SELECTION AND QUALIFICATION PROCESS
Limited Capacity: Participation in the Program is strictly limited to one hundred (100) qualified applicants. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
Selection Criteria: Acceptance is determined at Coolmath’s sole and absolute discretion. The selection process prioritizes a diverse cohort, including a broad representation of school types, geographical locations, grade levels, and teaching environments, to ensure comprehensive feedback. All selection decisions are final and binding.
Notification: Selected educators will be notified via the email address provided in their application. The Selection Notification will contain formal acceptance details, including specific instructions for accessing materials and game deployment procedures. Failure to acknowledge acceptance or complete subsequent onboarding steps within the designated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the participant’s spot, allowing Coolmath to select an alternate candidate.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND REWARD
To earn the classroom incentive (“Reward”), participants accepted in the Selection and Qualification Process described above (“Accepted Participants”), must complete the following steps:
- Assign and use at least one (1) designated Count Forward financial literacy game (e.g., Investor Tower, Tax Season: Audit Adventure, Slice of the Market, Cryptid Kimber: Budget Beest, Don't Get Duped, or Cash Clash) in their classroom.
- Complete and submit the official feedback survey regarding student engagement and learning outcomes before the Feedback Submission Deadline.
REWARD: All qualified Participants who fully complete the Program requirements above will receive either a $200 Amazon Gift Card OR up to $200 in direct purchases fulfilled from their official Amazon Wishlist. Coolmath will contact the Accepted Participants via email to confirm their preferred Reward option and facilitate the fulfillment process.
Restrictions:
- Limit one (1) reward per selected educator per school.
- Rewards are non-transferable and subject to availability.
- For the Amazon Wishlist option, the total value of all selected items—inclusive of all costs, including the price of the items, applicable taxes, service fees, and shipping—must be equal to or less than $200.00. Coolmath will not, under any circumstances, increase the Reward value beyond this amount. If the total exceeds $200.00, the difference shall be the sole responsibility of the participant or the request may be declined.
